Carlisle Cathedral
Carlisle Cathedral allowed me to show 65 feet of mirrors in the south aisle with over 500 bone china dead flies and also on one of the pillars over 600 porcelain butterflies - some of which had been on a hillside above Glenridding last year
Dead on the surface of the mirror, the reflection made them "alive"The brief life of a fly contrasting with reflections of the Cathedral which has stood here for nearly 900 years.
